About Anjalo Construction

Whilst we specialise in new residential homes and renovations, over the years the business has expanded to include high profile local commercial work such as the Speights Ale House, the Gin Trap, and Langley Twigg buildings, as well as school projects including Pakowhai and Ebbett Park schools.

Anjalo Construction is also a preferred provider for insurance companies such as IAG, State and NZI. These contracts reflect the high delivery standards offered as insurance is very timeframe driven and quality workmanship is a prerequisite.

To maintain the high standards of workmanship expected we maintain a team of qualified and licensed builders and ongoing training is encouraged. Currently we employ seven qualified builders (four of whom are licensed) and a third year apprentice; we also have two contract builders available to meet project requirements. As members of the Certified Builders Association we can offer reassurance and new home guarantees to our clients.

In contrast to the current economic times we are expanding and have recently moved into new premises at 8 Sheffield Place in Onekawa which boasts roomy offices, a showroom with a range of complimentary products and samples, and a conference room for client meetings.
